March Fitness Madness at Pulse Training
Step UP Your Fitness Game
Kicking Off Saturday March 8th
From March 8th-April 5th, for every class or small group training session you attend - have your instructor stamp your card. After you've attended 10 classes, bring your card up to your instructor and redeem for a prize and start the next card. It's THAT easy!
Starting on Saturday March 8th at our Kick-Off Event, you can pick up your Game Cards upon entry.
Quick Rules
You must participate in a class to get your stamp.
Don’t lose your card! If you lose your card, you need to start back at Card 1!
When you complete a card, turn it in to your instructor, claim your prize, and get your next card! Members can go through the cards more than once if desired - other than Card 5. Card 5 is only eligible for one free shirt.
Instructors can only stamp for the class they are teaching.
Card Stamping ends at 12pm on Saturday April 5th.

Get Social to Earn Extra Stamps
Earn Bonus Stamps by posting and sharing on Facebook or Instagram. Use the following schedule and show your post to the class instructor to participate. Be sure to include the hashtag #granitemfm2025 (no spaces) and include @pulse_training_billings (no spaces) so we're notified.
MFM Kick Off Saturday 3/8
Members can earn a bonus stamp for any/all classes that they attend SATURDAY 3/8 with social post.
Week 1: Task Card | March 9 - March 15
To earn bonus stamps this week, participants are required to work through their March Fitness Madness “Task List”. Participants get a stamp for EACH completed task! Tasks must be completed by 3/15 to be eligible for bonus stamps. Task cards can be picked up at the studio!
Week 2: Virtual Film Fest Week | March 17 - March 21
Members can earn a bonus stamp for each Virtual Film Fest Workout Video they complete and share a pic of it on Facebook or Instagram. Videos must be completed during the week of 3/17-21 to get bonus stamps.
Week 3: Get Lucky Week | March 24 - March 28
Bonus stamps are given to everyone that comes to class! The number of bonus stamps will be announced that morning.
Week 4: Poker Draw | March 31 - April 4
Members will get a playing card for every class they attend March 31 - April 4 with the goal to assemble the best poker hand they can by Saturday April 5.
If the member is not able to attend classes Saturday April 5th to closeout, then can contact Sierra at sierra.gjertsen@pulsetrainingbillings.com to closeout early!
Bonus stamps will be decided by the hand played. Only one hand played per member.
Last Day To Turn In Your Cards Is April 9th
Turn in your completed or incomplete player cards to our Front Desk on or before Wednesday April 9th.

It’s time to get festive, funny, and just a little awkward! Starting 12/17–12/23, we’re hosting a Funny Christmas Card Photo Contest and we want YOU to join in the fun!
