Booking a free “No Sweat Intro” gives you a chance to come into the studio before you try your first class. Our trainer will give you an idea of what to expect, take you through common movements for the workouts, and then chat with you about what you are wanting to accomplish. From there, we will help you plan out what your schedule may look like, show you how to book classes in your app, and just make sure that you are ready to join the #PULSEFAM.
